Hotel Rules & Policies

Check-In & Identification Policy
All guests must present a valid government-issued photo ID (Citizenship Card, Passport, or Voter ID) upon check-in. Foreign nationals must present a valid passport and visa.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellations made 48 hours prior to check-in date are eligible for full refund or free date adjustment. Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a 1-night room charge.
Children & Extra Bed Policy
Children under 6 years stay free of charge using existing bedding. Extra rollaway beds are available upon request for an additional fee.
Swimming Pool & Casino Rules
Swimwear is mandatory in the pool. Alcohol and glassware are restricted around the pool water. Casino access requires 21+ age verification.
